As a massage therapist and fitness trainer, I provide my services as a way of helping athletes and exercise enthusiasts to achieve their goals. As a fully trained, experienced specialist, I’m on hand to tailor my services to meet your requirements.
About Heidi
I served in the Royal Navy for 30 years, many of which as a Leadership Instructor which has allowed me to develop my interpersonal skills enabling me to provide a professional and friendly service.
I represented the Royal Navy on the track, cross country and was also in the marathon team. My time as an athlete has given me the knowledge and understanding of many common sporting injuries and an excellent knowledge of running training and programmes.
My training with Premier Fitness has given me the skills to treat these injuries professionally. I am based in Fareham, however I am able to travel to my customers' houses or local park to aid in personal training.
A keen equestrian, I have ridden since I was a small child. I currently own a 15hh Connemara Gelding whom I compete on Show jumping and Cross Country. I am delighted to have qualified as an Equine Massage Therapist and look forward to treating fellow equestrian's horses and ponies.
